Overview
EZY Digital Hub is looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Motion Graphics Specialist & AI Content Creator who can combine AI-generated visuals with advanced motion design to create cinematic, scroll-stopping content.
This is not a role for basic editors.
We need someone who can transform raw ideas into high-converting visual assets using AI generation, 2D/3D motion, and strong storytelling — all while working under tight deadlines.
If you think in frames, environments, and motion systems, not just templates, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Create AI-generated video content
• Build cinematic scenes and visual storytelling
• Develop prompt systems for consistent AI output
• Produce high-end 2D/3D motion graphics
• Edit short-form, performance-driven content
• Maintain strong hooks, pacing, and audience retention
• Translate marketing concepts into conversion-focused creatives
• Ensure brand consistency across all content
• Execute unique, outside-the-box visual concepts
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Motion Graphics / Creative Production
• Expert in After Effects and Premiere Pro / CapCut
• Skilled in Photoshop & Illustrator
• Strong 2D motion skills with basic/intermediate 3D knowledge (Blender/C4D)
• Solid understanding of animation, typography, pacing, and storytelling
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools
• Strong sense of ad creative and performance content
Portfolio (Mandatory)

Salary & Benefits
💰 Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience & portfolio)
🕒 Office Hours: Sunday–Thursday (9 AM – 6 PM) & Saturday (9 AM – 2 PM)
📅 Weekly Holiday: Friday & Saturday Half-Day
